Breakfast Nutrition Program Donation Form

The program options are:

Option A: Sponsor breakfast for one child for one month. Cost: $6.00

Option B: Sponsor breakfast for several children for one month. Cost: $6.00 x Number of children you sponsor

Option C: Sponsor breakfast for one child for whole school year. Cost: $60.00

Option D: Sponsor breakfast for several children for whole school year. Cost: $60.00 x Number of children you sponsor

Option E: Be a corporate sponsor: Provide breakfast for 10 children for 10 months. Cost: $600.00

Option F: Be a daily breakfast program champion. Volunteer to:

  1. Recruit friends and colleagues in the U.S. to become donors to the program.
  2. Recruit friends and colleagues in Jamaica to become donors to the program.
  3. Undertake marketing initiatives within your organization to win corporate sponsorship.
  4. Try to interest teachers and children in your local school to become partners in raising funds for the Daily Breakfast Program (This could also be a great way for American children to learn something about life in Jamaica).
